Payment and payment details

At Hotel Elegant Garden, we offer two payment options to accommodate your needs. For flexible reservations, an advance payment equivalent to one night’s stay is required 2 days prior to arrival. Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable, even if the reservation is canceled or modified. If the reservation is not canceled within 2 days prior to arrival, the advance payment will be charged. For non-refundable reservations, full payment is required at the time of booking. This policy provides a 10% discount on the room rate but comes with no option for cancellations, modifications, or refunds. This option is ideal for guests who are confident in their travel plans and wish to enjoy the discount. We recommend choosing the payment option that best suits your travel plans, and our team is always available to assist with any questions.
